The First 4 Weeks Training Guide

The first month after completing Sales Academy is designed to help you gain momentum, reinforce what you’ve learned, and set a strong foundation for your long-term success. This guide walks you through each day with a structured plan that includes hands-on learning, role-playing exercises, daily reflections, and one-on-one guidance from your trainer. By staying consistent, you’ll enhance your skills, build confidence, and develop the routines that will support your career growth with Atlas Financial Benefits.

After Graduating from Sales Academy

  • Connect with your Field Trainer to talk about your experience at Sales Academy.
  • Access the Team Resources LinkTree and save it to your phone and iPad Home Screens for easy access.
  • Browse through it and get familiar - it will be a tool you’ll use frequently
  • Submit a screenshot plus a quick voice memo to your Voxer Support Line to show your Field Trainers that you’ve checked out the Team Resources LinkTree and added it to your Home Screen.
